Warranty

Muramatsu America warranties the good playing condition of any flute it sells for a twelve month period beginning from the date of purchase. This warranty provides for free key adjustments and other services as necessary, providing that the need for repairs is not caused by improper care, negligence in handling, or unauthorized service of the instrument. Furthermore, Muramatsu America is licensed to represent Muramatsu Inc. in the lifetime warranty of repair or replacement of any part or item on the flute deemed to have a defect that occurred in the manufacturing of the instrument.

This warranty does not cover accidents caused by acts of nature, such as fire, flood, lightning, and storms, and it does not serve as an insurance policy for the instrument against loss or other damage.
